I work between institutional users and engineering teams—from smart-contract execution and transaction simulation through APIs, SDKs and operational tooling. At Safe, I lead technical support across the protocol stack.

Protocol & transaction engineering.
I work directly with smart contracts and transaction execution—not only the APIs and interfaces around them. This includes simulating transactions, diagnosing contract-level failures and coordinating complex recovery paths across different networks.
Smart-account systems
Safe contracts, signatures, thresholds, modules, guards, proxies and nested account configurations.
Complex recoveries
Reconstructing transaction paths, authority and contract state for sensitive recovery operations.
Chain-specific execution
Nonce, gas, finality and contract behaviour across different L1 and L2 environments.

A Hyperliquid terminal built in Rust. It includes WebSocket streaming, EIP-712 signing, trailing stops, circuit breakers and an agent interface for account analysis and execution workflows.

SCALAR
Operand's market-intelligence product: a decision system spanning discovery, execution context, portfolio monitoring and evidence-led performance review. The public surface demonstrates the product and methodology; account and execution capabilities remain private.
03EVM / signing tooling
safe-tui
An air-gapped terminal for reviewing and signing Safe transactions. It supports Ledger signing, EIP-712 transaction flows and a natural-language interface.

Technical point of contact for institutional clients and integrating developers across Safe's API, SDK and protocol. I diagnose smart-account flows across contract and application layers, simulate proposed executions and turn recurring issues into product requirements.

Technical User Support Manager
Safe · 2024 — 2025
Supported more than $50M in recovery operations during the Bybit incident, tracing transaction paths and validating proposed executions across engineering, security and external teams. I also built internal diagnostic tooling and recruited a team of technical contractors.

Technical Support Consultant

First technical hire. I owned enterprise onboarding for banks and funds across more than $100M in tokenized assets, worked directly with issuance contracts and built support automation that reduced resolution times.
